2003
Pandomus Developers was founded with vision to meet a rising demand in high-end real estate projects
2006
Pandomus Services started operations to provide maintenance and after-sales services to Pandomus projects
2010
Pandomus Constructions was founded with the objective to maintain a higher degree of control in quality of Pandomus projects
2015
The Pandomus Group has started to provide a full package to foreign investors such as consulting, land acquisition, project developments and sales
2018
Pandomus Group celebrating the 15 years since its foundation proceeded to a re-branding and unification of all businesses under one umbrella and one identity.
2020
Pandomus enters a new era in real estate focusing on new, creative and out of the box investment opportunities with long term profit forecasts, while targeting project that will benefit both the investor and the Cyprus socioeconomic landscape.
2024
Pandomus Group, celebrating over 20 years since its foundation, has officially moved to our new 4-story headquarters! This state-of-the-art facility brings together our Construction, Development, and After-Sales Service departments under one roof.

Since 1983 is aiming to assertively and dynamically support the implementation of policies and measures that provide incentives to Land and Building Development companies to innovate and upgrade the quality of their products with respect to the environment, opening up new markets and fulfilling their role in the development of the Cypriot economy and increasing employment.
Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation
The association is recognized by all official bodies, committees, councils, forums and institutions, as the leading institution and voice of Cypriot businesses. The statutory objectives of the association include the continued economic and social progress of Cyprus, the country’s participation in decision-making bodies in the EU that affect the economy, the promotion of private initiative, the promotion of innovation, gender equality and female entrepreneurship and leadership, as well as to guide and assist businesses in achieving complete professionalism, become competitive and socially responsible.
The Federation of Associations Cyprus Building Contractors Association (OSEOK)
The Federation of Associations of Building Contractors of Cyprus (O.S.E.O.K.) represents and supports professional contractors, promoting growth, safety, environmental respect, and societal contribution. Recognized by the state and key organizations, it drives the construction sector’s development, a vital contributor to Cyprus’s economy and society.
For over 20 years, O.S.E.O.K. has elevated contractor standards, improved construction quality, and aligned the industry with European requirements as a member of FIEC. It continues to advocate for contractor interests, foster education and training, and enhance the sector’s role in economic recovery and progress.
